近所の松屋がリニューアルオープンしていたことは知っていたのですが、なんと「セルフサービス」のお店になっていたのです。
たまたま深夜帰宅が続いていて家でご飯食べることも無かったので、少しは元気を付けようとカルビ焼肉定食にしようと思って、入って見ました。
セルフサービス店舗限定10円引き！
なんと、セルフサービスで10円引きなんですね。
たった、10円引きかもしれませんが、セルフサービスになったところで何か料理が簡素になるかどうかと言えば、そうでもなく、タダ単に、番号札に書かれている番号を呼ばれたら取りに行くだけ、でその他はほぼ変わりません。
券売機は外に
昔の券売機に比べるとクーポン対応とかいろいろと進化していることに感心。
SUICAやパスモで払えるのはラクですね。
とりあえず23:38に券売機でチケット買って食べ過ぎると太りますので、ライスはミニにしてみようと・・・。
ライスミニはほんの少し安いのです。
そして店内に入ると・・・
給茶機があります。
普通に紙コップに煎茶であったり水だったり入れられます。
このあたりからセルフサービス感は出てきます。
ここでお茶を入れながらシステムを理解。
実際に、しばらくすると番号で呼び出しがあり、そのままお盆に載せられたセットが出てきます。
まったく変わらないです。以前の松屋と。
そして使える焼肉のたれやドレッシングなども変わらず！
お茶はセルフサービスと書いてあったり、番号で呼び出されたり・・・。
確かにセルフサービスになった感じはしますが、食べるものは一切変わらないし、何か特別味が落ちたとか品質が落ちたという感じは一切ありませんでした。
取りに行く＆片付けるがセルフサービスになっただけで10円引きです。
この仕組みにするだけで、従業員の方も少しラクになるのでは、と思います（お茶を出す、片付けに行く、という手間も減る）。確かに忙しい時は、なかなか片付けが追いつかないこともいろんなお店で見てきました。
結果として、従業員のみなさまの働きやすさも改善されているならば、歓迎すべきではないでしょうか。
